Angus beef, whole brisket rubbed with our signature Chubb's Beef rub and slow smoked!! Served whole (uncut) - or sliced/chopped to your preference.
Chicken

Chicken quarters (leg/thigh) marinated in Chubb's Chicken Sauce and smoked to juicy perfection! Served uncut or cut (into legs and thighs) per your preference.
Onsite Food Delivery - Catering Packages - 72 hour notice required
